anyone that has or had ParaGard IUD Please?

Does anyone else on here have or had a ParaGard IUD that had or is still having longer periods than what they normally had?

i am curious if and how long it took to get back to what you used to

I didnt want to go on merina because of the hormones. I think i am done having kids but i wasnt 100% but I think I might go ahead and get my tubel i am used to maybe 4 days or 3 1/2 not 8 or 9. thank you

    You might not go back to your normal periods. Some women experience longer-lasting periods the entire time they use the Paragard IUD. Mine have lasted longer ever since. It's part of the deal when you go on the copper IUD that you have heavier, crampier and possibly longer periods. If you'd like a lighter shorter period you might try the Mirena. Otherwise, break out the feminine products!
