They came out with the new album The Catalyst. And its all smooth and rap. I dont get it. Their last album is all screamo and cursing every second. WTF happened?

I respect them for trying something new and I think their new cd "A Thousand Suns" is great. They could have very easily made an album that sounded like their earlier stuff and made tons of money off of it but they decided to venture out and try a new style. I applaud them for it.
