met her at a guitar center.. she seemed to enjoy my music and i enjoyed hers... she seemed very cool, asked for her number she gave it to me and she saved it on her phone, then i text her two days later to ask her out to jam with me... she didnt reply...

She may not have replied because:
she was busy doing something else
she was grounded
she didnt receive it
or she wasnt sure what to say so she ignored it

Maybe she thought it was more of a "buddy" thing to ask instead of a "flirty" thing? That, or she was just being nice and she's not interested.... sorry! good luck, friend of mine!
