someone wants a refund on ebay?
If I refund someone on eBay thru paypal, do I get back all the fees I payed for on eBay to post the item?

No. Listing fees are never given back. However, final value fees can be given back if either you open an unpaid item case against the buyer or if you open a mutual cancelation transaction case against the buyer (this one seems to be the one best for you as it is for returns/refunds). Click on "resolve a problem" under the view order details of the listing and follow the steps. If a case is not opened, you will not receive any fees back besides the Paypal fees that were given back to you once you refunded the buyer. Hope this helps!
