About the only thing I've found related to the song is a subtitle --

These credit summaries for the show don't list any songs --

TNT's page isn't helpful either -

This link says that the music from another episode is production music from 'Manhattan Production Music' or one of their subsidiaries -- http://mpmmusic.blogspot.com/2010/09/dark-blue-on-...

Unfortunately, the urban song clips I heard on this and their related sites, were instrumental, but that's the best I could find. It could very well be an unsigned artist unrelated to Manhattan Production Music -- or I just didn't listen to enough samples on their web site.
David Russo did some music, but not the track you're looking for --

Hopefully someone on the 'Dark Blue' forum might have an idea -- http://dark-blue-wiki.tnt.tv/forum/General+Discuss...

I think your best bet is probably to contact the music editor of that particular episode of the show -- http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0720797/
Unfortunately, I don't know how easy that will even be....
