how do I run Yahoo Anti Spy its Not in the Toolbar?

i just installed yahoo toolbar for the antispy program but i cant find it in my toolbar

    If you’ve hidden the add button, click the settings button (), then select Edit Your Apps.

    The browser displays the Edit Apps tab and the gallery of available Apps.

    If necessary, expand your Apps area, then click the add button ().
