Playstation 3 call of duty modern warfare 2 semi item reset issue please help... read for more?

So im level 52 and have had a bunch of things unlocked, however now im level 52 I have basically nothing unlocked except on the famas I still have my holosight and heart beat sensor but no red dot or any of the other attachments. What happened, how do I fix this?

Update:

Basically, all the crap I earned threw ranking up in call of duty 2 modern warfare, is gone, however im still rank 52 or level, I dont know whatever you wanna call it.

    i dont know what the **** you are talking about. Im sorry i dont know what to tell you log out of the mw2 servers and log back in

    maybe if you level up you will get all your stuff back
