Any low income housing in MI?!?
I was wondering if anyone knew of any OPEN section 8 (Housing Choice) programs still open in Michigan? or any low income housing or where i can go to find low income housing in Michigan?

Even if you found one open you could not apply unless you live or work in that county.
You need to contact the housing authority to see what kind of waiting period they have for the projects, but I believe the wait for them is several years as well.
You will not qualify anyway. As a real estate agent you are self employed and you and you alone determine your income. You can't be low income because you have decided not to earn very much money.
