i was talking to my guy friend, that i like after school. and while we were walking he passed by his friend and they started talking and his friends girlfriend was there, then she left and they stopped talking, they were just standing there, so i said to my friend, let's go i have to talk to you and i grabbed him by his hand. and his friend said, "you know what time it is" "you already know the time".

what did that mean?

It's like a sexual innuendo, basically. He was implying that you and the friend were gunna go get it on.

8 times out of 10 when guys start talking about a mysterious time in association with a female they are saying she is PMSing because it is that time.
That may or may not be it, but because you could hear what they had been talking about and it made no sense to you, that is my guess for the "secret" message.
