Depends on the situation. I tend to like people with a rather sarcastic sense of humor so if it was said in jest with an assumed 'wink and nudge', no i wouldn't be offended, rather I would smirk and fire something playful yet rude back at him. However, if he meant it.....yes I would be. And I would leave him and find someone with more class.
