how old must you be to buy a zippo lighter at walgreens in california?

i was at a walgreens the other day robbing it lol and i saw behind the counter theysold zippos for 20 bucks and i thought "woah arent they usually like 30?" so yeah, its a great deal. And i just need a zippo to finally complete my extensive lighter collection. So i was wondering do you have to be 18 to buy a zippo at walgreens? did any of you but a zippo at walgreens when you were underage? Oh and they have a black one and silver one, which one should i buy if i can?
I know there's a law against selling tobacco products to minors. But technicaly, lighters arent just for smoking, they can be for lighting random **** on fire or starting up a gas stove or grill. So no saying "why do want a lighter anyways? bad bad boy"
