Favre or Flacco in week 3?

Fantasy team is off to a rocky start inpart to Favre's performance in the first two weeks. I just picked up Flacco off the waiver wire. I'm leaning towards Flacco against Cleveland over Favre vs. Detroit. I won my league last year on Favre's shoulders, so I'm conflicted.

So what does everyone think?

Go with Favre. Even though both are going against severely weak defenses, the Min. vs Detroit match-up is going to be the better choice as far as fantasy points go.

Detroit's defense is ranked 30th in allowed passing yards (avg. 305yds), whereas Cleveland is currently ranked 8th (avg. 170.5yds).

Also the Raven's Derrick Mason (WR) didn't practice due to a knee injury. So that could mean that Flacco will have one less target to choose from in the passing game.

So go with Favre! He's going to get the most points out of the two and this will be the week that he gets back to his legendary status.

Go with Flacco. Until Favre gets his confidence back and starts playing like the Legend that he is, I wouldn't start him against any opponents.

Both Farve and Flacco have been lame-o all season but for different reasons.

Favre is looking old but more to the point he doesn't have a receiving corp.

Flacco on the other hand has played tough defenses; his receiving corp is tight.

I expect much more from Flacco than from Brett.

Flacco will bounce back this week as the ravens have their home opener. They are angry how things turned out against the bengals last week so look for flacco to have a breakout game.
