Can you get more than one canker sores at the same time?

I need to know if you can spread canker sores by oral sex as well. Can it give the receiver some kind of infection. I also need to know if it is normal to have more than one canker sore at the same time.

    If you have an STD you can. However, if you have regular cankers, they are not contagious. Start taking The Canker Spanker to get rid of those painful cankers quickly.
