I am assuming you are a young guy in puberty and wet dreams are common , with many involving a mate . These dreams have no affect on you being faithful . It is oly if you have sex with another person you are unfaitful . What or whom you fantasise about is your own business

Dreams have no real meanings, so don't put so much stock into them. I would guess you might have just thought of an attractive guy that day, and your mind took it to another level.

Besides, thinking about someone else isn't considered cheating, and dreaming about one most certainly isn't. As long as we're talking about sleep dreaming, not day-dreaming. That's a horse of another colour.

So there is a girl you love to death, and she loves you to death. While tell your girlfriend that you are having these dreams. She loves you so whats the matter?
