Bunch of middle pack WR's?

Out of these which would you start and why??

Nicks going against Tenn(toughest Def against the pass this year)

Clayton going against Was.. gets lots of looks from Bradford(but it is Bradford a rookie no the less)

Collie going against Den.. He's the 4th receiever at best.

Crabtree going against KC.. he's just not active this year.

I'm starting Andre Johnson as my starter and have Shiancoe, Visanthe as my Flex.

Right now I have Andre and Clayton as my starters... helppppppppp.. I love Nicks.. but again.. he's going against the best against the pass Def.. Plus he only got one throw last week(was for a TD though).

Nicks is the best big-play threat for NYG so the odds of him scoring a TD are higher than all your other mid-tier WRs, but he won't receive many catches since he lacks the natural possession abilities that his teammate Steve Smith has.

Clayton doesn't have the name value or talent of your other options but he has caught 12 passes and 2 TDs as Bradford's go-to-guy and there is no reason why that should change. He's on FIRE and the Redskins' have been shredded so far against opposing WRs (Week 1: Miles Austin - 10 rec. 146 yards, 1 TD...Dez Bryant - 8 rec. 56 yards...Week 2: Andre Johnson - 12 rec. 158 yards, 1 TD...Kevin Walter - 11 rec. 144 yards, 1 TD...Jacoby Jones - 6 rec. 53 yards, 1 TD) so Clayton definitely has the biggest upside.

Collie is a nice fantasy option and is producing far better than expected, but he is still only Manning's 3rd best option at best. Manning has given him more looks than Garcon, but who knows how long that will last.

Crabtree is drawing tons of double coverage. As a result, there is no need for Smith to give him the ball when he can chuck it to Gore, Davis, or Morgan instead. On top of that, the Niners are a run-first team and they run their entire offense through Frank Gore so there is little hope for Crabtree to be productive this year unless he can find ways to get open against the double team.

Nicks is the most talented guy of the 4, but the inconsistency with his catch totals makes Clayton look like a safe and overall better option against the Redskins' passing "defense". The Colts have too many weapons to rely upon Collie and Crabtree can't shake double teams.

    Start Clayton with confidence!

Leave it just the way you've got it and don't overthink it.

I like Clayton at Washington this week, and the only other WR I'd think about is Nicks. But, against a tough pass D, I'd be in favor of Clayton this week. Both of these guys are a level above Collie and Crabtree in fantasy value.

    Mark Clayton

He gets a ton of targets and the Redskins secondary looks pretty suspect. Granted it was Matt Schaub but he threw for 497 yards against the Redskins last week. I think Sam Bradford can tap into some of that action.
