Are you allowed to put a URL as part of a yahoo answer?

I keep answering yahoo questions, but when I put a URL as part of an answer I get an error message. Is it OK to put a URL in answers, or is there some rule saying you can't? I don't want to break any rules, but also I don't want to waste my time trying in case the problem is temporary.

Sometimes the system gets the hiccups when too many users link to the same url, and sometimes the error is a simple glitch. When it happens again, try to submit the answer without the url, immediately thereafter hit edit and submit the url - works nearly every time for most users. Only level 1 users cannot include a clickable url in their questions to prevent fake accounts from spreading too much junk all over YA.
