Can someone provide me with a list of home investors in North Texas.?

I want to sell my home to an investor but with the current housing market many of them are not in business anymore. Personally I've only been able to find one reputable home investment company but I have yet to hear from them. I have a nice home with beautiful landscaping and "curb appeal" but needs some work inside. I don't want to go to the expense of making repairs to it...

Your best bet would be to sell it outright in 'as-is' condition. Don't be greedy if it needs repairs. You will still get more than an investor would give you, and my guess is...if you price it right (IE: LOWER than comparable houses in the neighborhood) it will sell.

LIst is with the right price and they will coem running. Find out the value and list it for half, expect ti receiev about 60% of the value for it.
