How do I put windows 7 on my primary hard drive?

I have No Operating System on my computer. I have 2 hard drives, my primary boot ssd and a data 1 tb hard drive... Anyone can help me? Thank you!

    depending on if you have the correct windows 7 install disks.. do you ? should be a boot disk.. pretty self-explaning... e-mail me if you need help ... ryan3413@yahoo.com

    insert the legal disc into your dvd drive and boot the system. Just follow the on screen instructions.
