How do I get rid of mascara lines under my eyes?

I just started wearing mascara and since then I've had dark purplish lines under my eyes, and even when I use makeup remover and scrub at them with hot water and soap, they are still there. What can i do?

this is what i do and im 13 (:

i take the corner of a small wlash cloth, get it wet, then take some bar soap and spread some soap on the wet part

i take the wet part to wash away the mascara excess, and it works perfectly, just dont scrub too hard! its hurts :) and dont get it in your eye lol (:

    good luck!

Um honestly i wouldnt know why you would have "purplish" lines, if mascara is black. Anyways, the best thing u can do is get a cutip (the tiny long things w. a bit of cotton on both sides; the ones you clean your ear with) & dip it in vaseline (not too much though) & apply it to your mascara excess (lines) & oohhalla! its gone, if that doesnt work, its probably or most likely not even ur mascara.

Source(s): Vaseline is the best around eye correcter. :) Oh & im an expert on makeup!

That's not from your mascara. I've never come across a brand or anyone I know that has had something like that happen. It sounds like you just need more sleep, and better concealer.

WEll you have to buy a better quality mascara. AND YOU use makup remover gently.... you dont press... you just wipe.... and if they still are there, it isnt the mascara that is causing the problem...

use extra virgin olive oil to remove it. evol removes ALL makeup. even WATERPROOF! It wont clog your pores and it moisturizes lashes. search up michelle phan makeup remover and she will show you how!
