How to get people to link on my site?

I would like to direct my site to people who would want to link back, the site is http://www.plumbing2heating.com/ click on the Link exchange and submit links and so on....

What is the best way to achieve maximum interest..i do have customers but am just testing this method.

    What you actually need is one-way links pointing to your website. As many as you can get. Here's a network of 6299 websites that can accept your one-way links: powerfullinkbuilding.com

    Just write an article, insert some links pointing to your website and submit to the entire network. Then you will have some 6000 one-way links leading to your website. And it will cost you $2 per article.

    Find The Email Address on The Contact Page in The Plumbing and Heating Search Results and Just Ask The Website Owner if They Would Link Back To Your Site.
