Three billy goats gruff. (The three billy goats)
The elves and the shoemaker (Two elves, one shoemaker. OR, you could do it with one elf, one shoemaker and the shoemakers wife.)
The frog prince (The princess, the frog and her father.)
Rapunzel (Rapunzel, the witch and the prince.)
Little red riding hood (Little red, the wolf and the grandmother. *You can omit the part about the woodcutter, OR since it's such a small role and the wolf and grandmother are out of the scene at the time, just double up and have someone play both wolf and woodcutter or both wolf and grandma. He only has like one line so it's no big deal.)
The fisherman and his wife. (The fisherman, his wife, the magic fish.)
