jeep cherokee 1989 idle too fast?

so what just drive it

great deal, as long as a results of fact the previous proprietor took care of the automobile, i.e. oil/filter out ameliorations, and ordinary upkeep. Jeeps are very solid, my ninety six grand cherokee already has a hundred ninety,000+ miles on it and its nonetheless working basically as great because it did new. The 4.0L inline 6 engines are great, solid, and good value engines. I common 22city/26-28highway on my jeep with the comparable engine.

my oldsmobile did that until i cleaned the throttle body and cleaned the idle control. i did,nt know which 1 helped. all i knew it put it back to idle.

Vacuum leak, maybe?
