Feeling depressed... feeling like letting go...?
Lately I've been feeling really REALLY down. I'm clinically depressed. Took meds from a psychiatrist, went to therapy twice a day (haven't gone in two months), but I've slipped back into depression and I've been having suicidal thoughts. I feel like my life is going downhill... I have plans in my head on how I'd do it. I think I should do something before it gets out of hand. I don't trust myself. Is there a way I can go to the hospital and admit myself to the psychiatric ward? I'm 15, so I know I'll have to get my mom to sign forms and what not, and she will but I think I need to do something about this now. Could I admit myself voluntarily? If not then what should I do? I really appreciate your answers. I really do.
I've gone to therapy. Also took medication for it. It's just not working for me anymore.
I've tried talking to family and friends. It's more difficult talking to them than therapists.

These feelings will pass eventually, believe me I know. Don't do anything to hurt yourself or attempt to kill yourself because you WILL regret it later. Once again, I know.
My suggestion would be to talk to your mother and explain to her the severity of your feelings. If you feel as if you need someone to help you out then DEFINITELY reach out to someone.
Good luck and, hopefully, better feelings in the future. =)

Just CALM first. Life consists not in holding good cards but in playing those you hold well.
Life is full of beauty. NOTICE it. Notice the bumble bee, the small child, and the smiling faces. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams
The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes

Do you have anyone that you are close to or can just vent to? From my experience, I think it is best if you are with someone who cares about you or just if they are in your presence and there for you during hard and depressing times, so you know that they care and you mean a lot to them. You should probably restart your therapy sessions and talk to your doctor, because maybe the meds effects are wearing off and not helping you to recover to normal as much as they should be. This is the best advice that I can give to you at this time and I can only hope, for your sake, that everything will get better

im 14 and i have been through a lot of things, but what kept me going was music myself and knowing if i killed myself id go to Hell. which only applies to you if you are christian Muslim(like me) or Jewish and some other religions. listen to all alone-Haystak if u like like slow rap and Tupac is good. why are you depressed? if you go to hospital like that it can go on your record forever like people can see you went to a mental hospital because they might put you in there
You can talk to a close friend yea, someone you trust :P' i dont like admitting it cause im a dude but i like talking about things with someone who understads and will listen
