Guy Fieri (sp?) was a winner of The Next Food Network Star and has become just that you see him everywhere he has something like 3 shows now.
The first season when the gay couple won they got some awful morning time slot so no one ever saw them but Guy is so entertaining he is everywhere.
I think we are only up to the 3rd season so we will just have to wait and see how this one turns out. Though to be honest no one this season is looking very promising.

Guy Fieri is the only Next Food Network Star success story. I think his cooking show is on a seasonal break, but he has also hosted several FoodTV specials. All of the other winners have been abysmal in their new shows. The current crop is particularly embarrassing to watch -- they should just give up now and go home.
