How to update blackberry curve software?
When i plug my blackberry curve in and go onto the bb desktop manager, it says no updates are available. I know there are updates available because my software isn't up t date. Ive even tried downloading the software off the o2 website but the desktop manager still says there are no updates available. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?thanks!

The last time I tried updating with the BB desktop software it locked my phone up for four hours and didn't even update after all that time, so now I only update OTA from my phone. If you have the same Curve as I do, try going to Menu>Setup>Options>Advanced Options>Wireless update.
Also check to make sure the BB desktop software doesn't needed to be updated or if your phone updates after the above steps, then go to your BB desktop software and click on the ? in the upper right corner and select Check For Updates.
Hopefully now you will have both updated and won't have any more problems. If for some reason you still can't update, visit the forums on crackberry and there are tons of extremely knowledgeable members who can help you further.
