Well I didn't watch the race today, but I have watched it long enough to know that Rick Hendrick isn't worried if Dale Jr finishes good or not. If he did then Lance McGrew would not be a crew chief.

It is the fault of everyone involved. Junior's cars aren't as good as they can be, and Junior has struggle with the COT car. Not sure you can blame one person. It is a team sport and the team has failed, crew chief, engineers, and driver included.
