Is "Bill me later" a cash option?
So, I don't have a credit card or anything and I clicked bill me later for an option on my Allure magazine order. So is it just a bill in the mail which you put cash in and send it back or do you need a debit card or something of that sort?

When they send you the bill, you can decide how to pay, but sending cash through the mail isn't a good idea. If you don't have a checking account (why not?) you can send a money order.
