Best/cheapest website for downloading music?

Question

I need some new music to put on some of my family's Mp3 players. I don't feel comfortable stealing music off of Limewire, as people do (it's just wrong, durh). I need to know of a good respectable website that offers downloads at a fair price. I would rather not pay for each song, if possible. I would like to just pay a flat rate. Thank you for your help!
