No. Yahoo DOES NOT LIKE that address. I have checked my junk folder for the mail and is never there either.
the email address has also been verified to be correct.

Hmmm, this is something I've never heard of before, Yahoo blocking email. Are you sure that's what's happening. Is this person in your Address Book, because if they're not, their email may be going to your SPAM Folder.
It's your responsibility to put anyone you're expecting mail from into your address book if you want the mail in your In box.
It's that, or checking your SPAM Mail more closely on a daily basis.
