I have a question about Microsoft Outlook 2010?
I have an e-mail account that everyone in my company has access too and can send from. However the person who receives it first get the e-mail to that account and no one else does. Can I set it to where either all persons who have access to that e-mail receives it or where just one person gets the e-mails from that account?

You need to put a check in a box called "Leave the messages on the server". So, go to File - Info - account Settings - account settings change or repair - select the email account on the list - then select change - go to "more settings" then the advanced tab. Look to the bottom of that page and click "leave a copy of the message on the server". That way everyone can get the messages, not just the first person. FYI, each person should really have their own email so you know who is responsible for what. Most ISP companies allow at least 5 email addresses per ISP account.
