suggestions for cooking stuff for people who have most all?

As a gadget freak and person that loves to cook, my favorite gadgets (that are not too costly) are

- Stone for cooking pizza on a grill (not a standard pizza stone)

- Pizza stone

- Cookbooks (I look for IAACP, Julia Child or James Beard award winners)

- Obscure ingredients like truffle oils, jar of saffron, finishing salts

- Good Pepper Mill

- My kids got me this rolling garlic chopper that I love where you put the garlic in a little container that has wheels on it and by rubbing the wheels it turns the blades and chops the garlic quickly
