Does anyone know how to request an appearance at the prosecutor's office in Indianapolis?

And also does anyone know what paperwork is needed and what in general is needed to request a modification to child support? Thanks for your help.

Update:

The questions are separate for two different cases. In general, how do you file an appearance with the Prosecutor's office?

  • This is not a problem for the prosecutor's office this would be a family court matter and would require you to file in the family court clerks office for modification. Then they will set a date for hearing the case and you will need proof of the need for modification such as proving you have a low wage or the child has more needs than before or that the father is making more money than before. He may need to show his tax forms.
