Immortal Technique claims it is, not the raping part, but the rest, it does.
"Everytime i perform that song i have to explain it, cuz i get emails, ppl come up to me like "duuude, did u really rape that dude's mom." or "that's fuc*ed up ***** why u did that". yo that's the truth, that's what really goes on in the hood, you think we just hang around and sit on park benches and talk about drugs and bitches. nah man, that sh*t is no fu*king -- it's like war, when ppl go to war of course they gonna abuse the prisoners...."
of course, if it had happened, he could not accept it or would be in danger of being legally prosecuted, so he just says that things like that do happen.
