Torrent Software Question ?
when i download files in "windows 7" using "bit torrent" the video files cannot be played even a few minute's of it until the whole file is downloaded . but when i'm downloading video files through "transmission" in "linux ubuntu" , i can either play a part of the downloaded video file or at least few mins of it . how can i make "bit torrent" to do this ?

Torrents are downloaded in pieces randomly, not in order. If you get lucky and you get the beginning of the file and whatever else is necessary for it to open it will play to a point.
