Praxis Score Requirement?

Hey guys, I got my certification for secondary math recently. The Praxis 2 score requirement for PA is 136 for certification and I scored a 140. According to this website, http://www.ets.org/Media/Tests/PRAXIS/pdf/09706pas...

MD, DE, and DC all require a 141. I would like to teach in one of these states, but will they not hire me because I meet PA's requirement and am currently certified but do not meet their state's requirement? Please provide me with information on the hiring process of these states if you can.

Usually your Praxis content scores MUST meet or exceed the set minimum for the state you wish to become licensed in. Exceptions are sometimes made, for 'bordering states' that agree to 'reciprocate' or accept each others licenses, however they usually won't if the license is brand new, with no teaching experience.
