If we do not get it tonight, I am guessing that it will be apart of the weekly update that happens every Thursday. I just downloaded Knoxx so I am not worried about it yet. I would wait if you have a level 61 till Gearbox increases the level cap next month.

the shop is the final difficulty to return back, it quite is in simple terms because of the fact it grew to become into extra durable to convey back. it would be back up the next day or the day after (It grew to become into meant to be back final week however)
