Death from stress or shock?
I saw in an episode of Grey's Anatomy that some guy saw his girlfriend dead and he ended up dying because he was really freaked out. What did he die from and is it possible?

Almost anything is possible within the theoretical fiction of a "medical show".
I didn't see the show, but yes, it is possible to be "shocked" in such a way that you could die.
A sudden shock might result in a rush of adreniline (excreted from a gland above the kidneys)'
In such a case a fatal heart rhythm might occur or exacerbation of another condition such as a heart attack in a person with clogged arteries of the heart .
Many other possibilities exsist, not all of which aren't easily explainable or even well understood.
A persons "willl to live" appears to play a role in some recoveries and a lack of the same has the opposite effect.
