How to lodge a complaint against a BSNL landline ?

I am from bangalore and my BSNL landline is dead because of which my broadband is not working.

I want to know how can i lodge a complaint for this.

    To lodge a complaint you can dial from your mobile STD code of the city then the exchange number followed by 2198 or from any other BSNL land line of the same city the exchange number and 2198. If the exchange is a electronic one the automatic call recording system will generate your call registration number. Ohterwise you can go to customer service center to register your complaint.

    My Land line number 04842539860 is dead for 10 days the complaint number 198 is not picking up, how i lodge complaint to solve this

    OUR BSNL LANDLINE NO 0484-2396077 IS DEAD FROM 27.02.2014.PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR REPAIRING THE FAULT IMMEDIATELY.

    better contact yr nearest bsnl office to lodge yr complaint. If u feel more problem, go through bsnl.co.in and at yr circle go to menu of complaint and lodge yr complaint. Don't forget to note complaint no. for future follow up and latest position of complaint.

    It is better to go to the BSNL District Office & give a wriitten cmplaint to the Ex. Eng.and keep the cmpl. no.and call them till the problem solved.
