I have a Mitsubishi Eclipse Gt 2dr I recently got into an accident...?

I was driving down the street and it was my right of way and this guy decided to make a left and smacks right into my right wheel and dents it in..Does that break my axil or breaks/dents the body frame at all? I really dont want to replace this car. What do you guys think?

    Hi Mona Baby,

Do you have any pics of the car that we can see so we can make a better judgement? I wouldn't say the car is a total loss, but if the back wheel is now sitting crooked you could be looking at a significant amount of damage and quite honestly, if the wheel is like you said it is, I'll almost guarantee that there is frame damage. Was it hit in the front or the rear? These front wheel drive cars all have independent suspension all the way around, which means that there are no more solid axles, each wheel has it's own strut and control arm so that the wheel can move freely with the road's surface and give a better ride. To give a better answer, it would help greatly to see as many pics of the car as possible and from as many angles as possible, even shots under the car would help if you can do it.
