How much would a vet visit cost for my 2 cats?
I have 2 cats, one is 8 months and the other is 5 months. Both are female and spayed, have their feline distemper shots and rabies vaccination. They are both indoors and haven't had any contact with the outside since they were babies. They now both have worms and ear mites and I don't want to take them to a vet clinic if its an outrageous price because I know theres home remedies for it. But can anyone give me a rough estimate of what it may cost in Virginia or give me a general price of your area? My cats aren't sick or anything I can just tell they have worms because it's in their feces.

If you go to Petsmart they have a Banfield clinic. They have plans for you pets so if you're gonna get the cheapest plan, you'll be paying $22.94 per pet. The cheapest plan comes with de-worming, vaccinations, pretty much the basic stuff. which is really all you need. =]

Call around for pricing. You could just take a sample of the feces to the vet and they will sell you the medication and the ear mite meds as well and usually not charge you an office visit at least my vet doesn't.

you can go to target or pets smart and get the meds they need. they are over the counter meds for these conditions. If you wanna go to a vet first call many vets and get the best price and trust me prices vary A LOT. When I wanted to neuter my cat I got prices from 340 dollars down to only 30 dollars:):)

My vet dewormed my cat for $5. If cost is such a big issue go to a low-cost clinic.
