Slices of tomato, onion and eggplant rubbed with olive oil and sprinkled with salt, pepper and cumin. Oh yum.
I like to grill bread. Rub it with garlic then just don't let it burn.
I like to grill corn that has already been boiled. The way I boil it it turns out really sweet, then a few minutes on a grill makes them tasty.
Scallops, shrimp in the shell, lobster are great. Oysters and clams are easy and really tasty. Just wash them well, make sure they smell right and are alive, then put them on the grill. As soon as they open up take them off and eat them. Try not to spill the juices, but that's difficult when they are hot. You don't need to add anything to them. They will taste great.
Of course beef, chicken, lamb, pork. Sausages but you have to control the fat dripping. You don't want the fat to burn under your food. Very unhealthy and tastes bad. I cooked a whole beef tenderloin a couple of weeks ago. It was meritorious.
