Tyler Black's new ring name?

King, they send them to FCW to learn how to be a "WWE sports entertainer". That's very different from being a pro wrestler. Even Bryan Danielson had to be "WWE-ized" in FCW for a while before they brought him up to the WWE as "Daniel Bryan".

I didn't expect Tyler to come in to the WWE (or FCW) with his own name. Hopefully he was smart enough to trademark his own name before signing with Vince (so he can use it again after he leaves the WWE for whatever reason).

"Zack Rollins" sounds like the name of a 70's or 80's southern NWA wrestler. Not a bad name, and it actually does fit Tyler Black because he LOOKS like a 70's or 80's southern NWA wrestler. Or at least he did the last time I saw him in ROH. But the name is less important than the gimmick. The WWE is usually pretty good about choosing the right gimmick for a new WWE "sports entertainer", or at least one that isn't godawful.

Hopefully, FCW (and soon, the WWE) will let him continue to wrestle like Tyler Black and not turn him into just another generic punch and kick brawler. Tyler is very athletic, very quick, and an excellent wrestler. It would be shame if the WWE turns him into just another generic brawler.

It is terrible, sounds like he will go to FCW and wind up on NXT season 4, WWE don't know what Tyler's abilities are, this man is a former ROH World Champion, don't screw him up like you did with Daniel Bryan who is one of the most stupidist storylines ever with the Miz.

Why the hell is he in FCW? he already made his name in ROH he doesnt need no FCW

Let's hope WWE have the brains to put him in NXT season 4.

they are going to substitute his call, even Bryan Danielson didnt get to maintain his call relatively....i hate ninety% of the wwe names they have concept up at present. they greater useful not provide him something horribly stupid like ELI COTTONWOOD OR Xavier Woods...
