Do you like my twin girls' names?

Ella Ryan and Avery Elizabeth

Let me try this again: Ryan is my husband's name and Elizabeth is his grandmother's name. I like using family names as middle names.

MY name Melanie and i would LOVE to use it as a middle, BUT it just doesnt seem to go well with anything i like.

We also are liking Addison.........

I really like the idea of going with family names for middle names! My Mom gave me her middle name and my grandfather's name. I think they are great names, but I'd go with...Elizabeth Melanie and Avery Ryan; I think they blend a little better. But if you like Ella Ryan and Avery Elizabeth, go for it! They are great names, although not my first choice! All the best with your twins! ♥

P.S. I do agree with Beatriz, Ava Elizabeth and Elisa Melanie. I actually like those two much, much better!

    What about Ella Rayne?

    I really like Avery Elizabeth!

Here are a few names I think would go ok with Melanie...

    Grace Melanie

    Jade Melanie

    Faith Melanie

You're right, it's hard to choose a first name for the middle name Melanie-What about making the middle name Laney (still sort of related to Melanie...Maybe?) Just a thought, Best of luck!

I think Ella and Avery Elizabeth are gorgeous, but I'm not too keen on Ryan for a girl. (sorry, dad!)

    Ella Rose ?

    Ella Grace ?

I agree that Melanie doesn't go well with these first names. I think Melanie needs a one or two syllable middle name, and no short 'e' sound.

Ella Ryan is so cute, kind of girly with a tomboy modern twist and Avery is a really unique with Elizabeth being a very classic and a name that has significant meaning of a family member to you. The names are perfect.

I love Ella Ryan but I think you have too many syllables in Avery Elizabeth plus the ending and starting with a vowel sound is odd. Good luck. :)

I love those names. the only thing I don't like is the middle name Ryan for a girl. Maybe you can honor him by using another R name like Raine, Renata, Rose, etc.

another thought: you could name one Elizabeth with the nickname Ella, if you want.

I love love love love love loooove those names! Ella Ryan is so cute. I love boy names for girls with very girly names! Avery Elizabeth is precious too. They fit well together without being too cutesy or matchy! Congrats!

I like Ella Ryan and Elizabeth. Sorry, I don´t like Avery. How about Ava Elizabeth (or Elizabeth Eve)? Or Elisa Melanie (or Melanie Elisa)?

Instead of Ella Ryan, perhaps Ryanne(my name)? It's pronounced either RYE-anne or REE-anne (I pronounce it REE-anne, Ree for short). I just thought I'd suggest that because I was teased about my name looking like Ryan, so if you actually gave her the middle name Ryan, she might get teased more than I did (if people knew her middle name of course.) my name was given to me because my name was going to be Ryan if I were a boy :P my mum was going to name my sister Martin, after my uncle Martin, but then she turned out to be a girl so she has the middle name Martine :) her name's Demi Martine :D

I like Ella, not the middle name Ryan basically because of what I just said, but I do like Ella, it's my 3 year old nieces name :) and Avery I adore! I also like the name Averley or Everley :)

What's your middle name? Why don't you pass it down? My first girl will have my middle name :) I just like the thought of my middle name being passed down to generations :D even though I don't like my middle name :P My first girl (if I have one) will be called Kiran Jay or Taylor Jay :)

The names are very nice - I like Ryan as a middle name! Ella is sometimes hard to say though - doesn't roll off the tongue very well sometimes. Congrats!
