Trade Ricky Williams for SD defense?
Should i trade ricky williams for san diego d? he has done nothing so far and ive got plenty of runningbacks, but he started slow last season too and ended up breaking out big time.... i'm not sure how good sandiego d will be, but i really need a defense. Heres my team:
QB: Brees
RB: CJ, Ryan Matthews, Ahmad Bradshaw, Ricky Williams, Ben Jarvus Green Ellis, John Kuhn, Willis Mcgahee
WR: Andre Johnson, Hines Ward, Eddie Royal, Golden Tate, Mike Williams (TB)
TE: Antonio Gates
D: San Fran, St Louis
I'm currently about to start st louis d this weekend.....
The defenses available are Denver, Carolina, TB, Buffalo, Washington, cleveland, Detroit, Oakland and jacksonville. I doubt any of these will ever be worth starting....

Williams is not going to have much value, so you could do a lot worse...and that D is in need of an upgrade.

Never trade a RB for a defense. Play the waiver wire and pick up defenses weekly that have good matchups.

not really. eagles d is pretty good and jonathan stewart could be this years adrian peterson. roddy white is overrated and doesnt have that good of a qb. patrick crayton is ok but not worth the trade.
