99 cobra high pitched whine?
I have a 99 cobra and when the engine gets to normal operating temperature and usually when I turn on the ac the car starts to make a high pitched whining noise coming from the air intake. It is not a vacuum leak and I have removed the throttle body and cleaned it. I have also cleaned out the k&n filter and the maf sensor. Any ideas to why it would be making this noise?

If memory serves correctly, this car is supercharged. That whine your hearing is the seals of the supercharger sliding along the outer case. I understand that this is perfectly normal, and there is nothing you can do about it.
