Simple boneless beef ribs?
I need a simple and quick way to make these on the stove or in the oven. Thanks :)

Can't say as I've heard of a 'boneless rib' ( other than McDonalds but Ronald is magic) For any beef you can sear it hard to brown, put in a small pot not much bigger than the ribs and cook at 250 for a couple hours. VERY tender.

If you like them kind of sweet then do the below. (Yes, I know it may sound kind weird but coke ribs are kind of a common method):
2 pounds ribs
2 cups coca cola
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon paprika
Marinate ribs in the other ingredients mixture for 2 hours.
Bake covered in a roasting pan at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
If you are looking for something tangier then try this:
2 pounds ribs
½ cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
½ cup chopped onions
Marinate ribs in the other ingredients for 3 to 4 hours.
Bake covered in roasting pan at 400° for 1 hour.
Remove cover, turn on the broiler and let brown.
This one is also great for putting on the grill.

Season them with salt, pepper and whatever you prefer. On the stove, heat oil in a large pot and sear the ribs on all sides. Add liquid, bbq sauce with a little water, beef stock, red wine, etc. whatever you prefer. Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer about 1 hour.
