My sister had a quaker parrot that had an extensive vocabulary and it picked it up pretty quick, so I would think that's your best bet - I'm sure others will say otherwise, but that bird really impressed me!

The African Grey is known for learning how to talk rather quickly and efficiently. However, I would not suggest getting a bird based on teaching it to talk alone. Make sure you honestly want one; And don't be disappointed and upset if the bird never learns to talk. Even the famous African Grey doesn't always talk.

THe African Grey is definitely known for its amazing talking abilities. The Quaker Parrot is one of the best talkers in the smaller parrots. I have one who is a great talker.

African Grays are truly the Parrots that are undemanding to tutor to chat and that they sound very crisp. only like a human actual. Cockatoos can learn how to chat properly too, yet they are very not undemanding to guard.

Probably a vulture or eagle, either can speak English fluently. Teaching them Spanish is possible as well.
