an insidious program is on my computer, buried deep?
it's name is PC Confidential. I've removed it with uninstall but it's still hanging out some where. I can't find it in D, anyone have any ideas? I've tried quarantine to no avail.

start up your computer in safe mode, and then run your antivurus. To start up in safe mode, CONTINOUSLY press and release the F8 key right after you turn it on. There should be a menu, press the up and down arrows and press enter to select "Safe Mode with Networking". After it boots up, then start your antivirus program if it isn't already launched, and start a scan.
