Ladies about menopause....?
Okay so my doctor has just informed me the reason I feel the way I do is because I'm starting the change(I'm 44). That is fine with me and I can handle just everything except the mood swings. I never know day to day what to expect. I can have a really good day or a bad day which ends up with me crying at the drop of a hat or wanting to call out the flying monkeys. they said they are calling meds in for me( had to do a little research) but they have to be careful what they give me because I have a seizure disorder and they don't want to mess up my dilantin count. can any of you girls share your experiences and what helped you the most get through this moody part.I don't know what they are giving me until monday because that is when the medicine will be in. Hubby talked with the doctor's office this morning and that is why I know it will be in monday but not what it is( hope it won't make me gain weight I'm trying to shed some pounds) I had to laugh the nurse chewed his butt out and told him he needed to be more understanding and patient when he complained that I was hard to live with.
