No. Only if you are in a region that uses PAL. I live in the US, and I asked the same thing. The International Version can only be played with systems that support PAL. I want to play this game just to fight the Dark Aeons. I have been told by everyone you can not play the game on the PS3. I have the first generation 60gb PS3. It plays PS1 and PS2 games. But it will not play games that are made for PAL systems. You can not watch DVDs for PAL either. I am trying to get The Lexx on DVD, but they only sell it in Australia. Australia uses PAL, so it won't work on my PS3.

Sorry Sir. seems such as you will ought to purchase a ps2. i attempted it on my PS3 a protracted time in the past too. Downloaded the PS2 equipment archives in spite of the undeniable fact that it did not artwork. you'll want the PS3 with the backward compatibility and those fashions are quite uncommon. shop up for a ps2. it truly is around 50-ninety 9 dollars tops i think of on gamestop?

Not unless your PS3 supports PAL format games (in other words, not unless you purchased a Japanese or European PS3). The International version was never released in NTSC format (which is what all of North America uses).
